thats life, ups and downs it will happen, and in a few more weeks you will be that much stronger and will be able to control your eating beiges, the first month and a half is always the hardest in the eating area

been there, had a greasy sandwich and fries and when I got home I throw it up and then I realized that my body didn't want it ether it was all in my head that I wanted to eat that, It helped me a lot learning that. listen to your body

Walmart has one for $50, comes with a watch and chest strap and it links to the machines and the gym. it counts Calories as well

get your heart rate up and do as much as you can, I started at 3mins of running and I'm now up to 20mins plus but, baby steps will get you to the top of any obstacle in time

I have gaols set for stuff like that, when I hit 220 Im going to start lifting and doing stomach type of exercise. I always heard if you work your ab's it will make your stomach look like its bigger then it is, when your big in the middle

every one of thoughts things you were not in control of, with this site your in control, YOU ARE!! you can do it and if you don't you;ll always have tomorrow to straighten it up and get it right, just remember this.......The days you don't feel like doing it, are the day you need to do it the most

you been under a few days I bet so, 300-500 will just set you back a few days from there, its not that bad just walk around the block for the next week and you'll be under 500-700

If this was a diet I would say that today was bad but, this is a way of life so, tomorrows another day and you'll get better the longer you log and by getting motivated from you friends, good luck on your journey :)
