Well said, this makes sense to me. So if these calories are not eaten, I risk getting into starvation mode if I don't eat at least 1200 calories. Anyway, thanks for the explanation also.

I agree, walking helps alot. I was facing the same problem area and the more I walked the more that area became toned and disappeared.
