I wear a heart rate monitor when I'm working out to measure the calories burned. This morning, for example, I burned 831 cals during 62 mins of calistenics. It was very intense! I nearly hit my max heart rate several times. Happy training, Troy

Patience, Grasshopper. A normal/healthy goal should be to lose weight each week. No matter how little. One lb per week is a good goal.

If you have an iPhone, use the scan barcode feature in the MFP App to see what's in stuff before you buy it. I have yet to scan anything that wasn't in the database.

Orange Roughy is among my most favorite fishes. The meat is a beautiful white color; has a fabulous texture and is absolutely delicious! You can cook it most any way you like.

Mine does all the whiz-bang stuff too. Perhaps I'm in denial at 40% body fat. Just doesn't seem like that is accurate. I think I'm going to use BMI as my "gauge" for progress. Thanks for the replies! Happy training. Troy

You didn't mention it, but I use the H7. The bluetooth connects to my iPhone for hr monitoring, cals burned, etc. the iphone let's me use the GPS to track mileage, routes, etc. It isn't very expensive, either. Happy training, Troy
