tringle.. use the smallest weights you can for awhile. You will be suprised how weak your sholders are in this video. You can always add more! ED

Right now I am participating in a running group where you run a marathon a week (26.2 miles) for a whole year. I want to add 30DS as a way to maintain strength and help with the running. Ed

I have joined the "marathon a week" group over at runningahead. basically you have 7 days to run 26.2 miles after a year you should be at 1367 miles! Ed

We had a conversation about weight with her before she left for school and warned her how easy it would be to develop into bad habbits, However when we would talk to her she would always mention her workouts. I have a similar issue with my Daughter. My wife and I have been trying to get her to realize that she is gaining weight and she needs to "nip it" now while she is only 15 pounds overwight rather than when she is 50 pounds overweight. she is only 18 and living away from home. We hear all the time how she is "working out"…
