thanks for the moto. I was just sitting here surfing around the site when i came across your post and thought why aren't I doing something active right now? so 500 step ups for me then a hike this morning then bike ride and finish it off with 30 day shred day 6 level 1 Thanks again ED

made it through day 5 level 1 last night. strength is starting to appear it wasn't too bad doing the exercises. ED

Did day 4 last night and can actually say I'm not that sore this morning. shoulders are still weak but getting stronger. Also was able to move the belt down a notch this morning! good luck fellow shreaders and remember "it doesn't come for free!" Ed

I started on the 29th of nov. A little sore right now. amazing how weak my shoulders are! I plan to do 30 days consecutive. I'll post each day to let you know I'm doing it also. good luck Ed
