That happens to me sometimes! My hubby will be a jerk in my dream and I will be aggravated at him when I wake up! I don;t know why that would happen...maybe some underlying frustrations?

I just finished doing one of her 1 mile express workouts and I love her! I have a few I got from the library! I love that you can do anywhere from 1 mile to 5 miles and really get a nice sweat going!

my pedometer sucks a little...unless i am full on walking huge strides it doesn't seem to count them

I have been doing just that (with the all natural fruit juice caffeine energy drink thing in the morning) for a week now and I feel great! Seltzer water is also very helpful..I add fresh citrus slices!

Me too! luckily since i started my morning workouts I don't feel the weight of the stress just stress..if that makes sense...but I still can't sleep!

I get my workouts DVD's from the library...I have 2lb hand weights or stretchy band which are pretty cheap..also if you really cant afford a thing you can fill water bottles with sand

I think it is different for everyone..height is a factor too! I could lose 10 lbs and no one would notice a thing because I am so tall, but if i was 5'2 i bet people would see a difference!

Maybe try slicing up some lemons or another fruit in it to save the taste? We weren't allowed to drink from the tap in my hometown so water from the tap pretty much petrifies me.

try some higher cal healthy foods...whole grain pasta, avocado, nuts, peanut butter, fruits like pineapples and grapes can add up too...things that you may thing are bad but if you get the all natural whole grain stuff its actually a great way to get those calories in!

I often have the same issue...I started working out in the morning so I don't really have anything else to do so no excuses. My wall calendar in my home keeps em accountable...and Even when I feel like crud I ALWAYS feel better after I work out!

Are you eating enough calories? You probably require more because you are breastfeeding. I would ask you dr how many you should be eating while working out and feeding the lil one. You can actually put your body into starvation mode from too few!
