i am 5'7" i topped out at 320 pounds in march 2012 i now weigh 262 october 2012. i still have a ways to go but 56 lbs so far ill take it :) hopefully the lbs will keep coming off i work out everyday and so far its payed off but it seems ive been 262 forever and no more lbs are falling off
