  • I define skinny to be in the healthy BMI category. And, if you are there, of course you'll look fit and healthy as well :)
  • Milk is really you're only other choice. I absolutely LOVE creamer, so I am ok with using it..and a lot of it haha. I just watch what I eat to make up for it. Lost 30lbs the first time not worrying about the creamer ;)
  • First, talk to your OB about this. Second, just eat very healthy and do a something like pregnancy yoga to stay in shape. You really don't WANT to lose weight while pregnant. But, you can maintain YOUR weight and only gain BABY weight. And, once you have the baby, any weight you did gain should come off within a few weeks.…
  • Unfortunately no. There were some issues and I am no longer nursing. He did get a good 3 weeks worth of breastmilk though! And that helped me shed the first 20lbs since coming home from the hospital easy. But, then when things went downhill with nursing, I stopped losing the weight.
  • I don't believe in liquid fasts or diets at all. There's a reason our bodies need a certain amount of calories a day, and a certain amount of each foods a day. "Juicing" is not healthy by any means. You need more than just the juices in fruits and vegetables. You need more than just fruit and vegetable juice period!
  • Thanks everyone. It's just so discouraging to have lost all that weight, and have to do it again :/ I gain weight really easy during pregnancy and it sucks. But my boys are worth it 100%! My husband is in the Army and they do pretty hardcore PT, so maybe I'll ask him to refine my work out routine :)
  • I know the feeling! I just had my second baby and I have to lose the baby weight AGAIN lol.
