I am currently replacing breakfast and dinner with a fruit and veggie smoothie. I eat healthy snacks in between and a gallon of water daily. I eat a full lunch. This is what works for me. I still make sure that all fruits and veggies are weighed and fit into my daily calorie allowance. Again..... this is what works for me.

I'm a dispatcher. On my butt for 12 hours each work day. Doesnt help at all. SMH.

I know I'm not going to lose 20 lbs in 6 weeks. Though I have seen some do it. (Not up for debate) But imagine how hard you would work if 20lbs were the number you were aiming for. 20 lbs was just a goal for you to get as close to as possible. That's what I got out of it. Sorry it didnt work out for you.

I know how hard it is to find time to exercise especially having small children and also being at work all day. Maybe you could try cooking dinner while you prepare lunch. Maybe throw something in the crockpot that you dont have to watch over and while the kids are napping fit in 30 minutes. Or leave out the cleaning and…

I do both. Started WW 2 weeks ago. I was going up and down in weight with using MFP only. I have been on a steady decline since incorporating WW.

I would do this too. I would go out with my husband on the weekend and have several drinks. I finally realized that I could not do that every weekend if I wanted to lose weight. I have about an 8 oz glass of wine about once or twice a week and that's it. And I make sure I log all of it.
