I am in the same boat. I had been doing really well with exercising and then out of no where I woke up with INTENSE neck and shoulder pain. I went to the doctor who put me on vicodin, muscle relaxers, and sent me home in a neck brace with instructions to rest. The only advise I can give is to NOT do what I did. Learn from…

1. I was a vegetarian for many years. Pregnancy cravings caused to to start eating meat again, and I still do. 2. I always wished I was shorter. I have 3 sisters who are all 5'2" and under, and hated being so tall (I am 5'7") 3. I have been in 6 car accidents, but only 1 was my fault. And amazingly, never seriously hurt.…

I was a fat bride too. But believe me, the day wasnt any less perfect because of it. When I look back at the pictures, I mostly just see the smiles on our faces. Now, both my hubby and I are more active and working toward losing weight and being fit. Congratulations and good luck!

My five year old saw a soup commercial on TV and the woman in the commercial was finally able to fit into her old clothes because she ate the soup. After the commerical was over he turned to me and said "Mommy! We need to buy that soup! It will help your tummy go away so you can fit in your old clothes!" Also: Dec 2011,…

I was 21 when I had my first son, and 26 when I had my second. Do what is right for you and your baby, and dont worry about anyone else.

With all the mothers day indulgences, I decided not to weigh in this morning (my usual monday weigh in). I am giving myself a week to work it off so that I dont have to feel guilty about enjoying my weekend with my family. I know it wont happen all the time, so I am ok with the occasional splurge :)

Helps with the depression I have struggled with for most of my life. I have more energy to keep up with my 2 sons. Being a good role model for my kids. I get to eat more, and enjoy the food I eat rather than feeling guilty. Feeling strong, and looking good :)

My goal weight is 140. I had been 140 from high school up until I got pregnant with my first son. I was 155 when I got pregnant with my second son. Now I want to get back down to 140 because that was a comfortable weight for me, that was easily maintained for many years. I am 5'7" and 140 would be in the healthy range for…

Hi! I am 27 years old, and have a 5 year old, and an 8 month old. I am definitely struggling to find the time/energy to workout. I work full time (40 hours a week), and usually when I get home I am exhausted! My hubby leaves for work at 5am, so if I wanted to get to the gym in the morning, I would have to get up around…

I plan to get a side tattoo once I lose all the weight and can maintain it.

ARe you trying to get to a goal weight of 88 pounds? I looked at your profile. Either it is a joke, or you have some sort of distorded vision of the ideal weight. Please rethink your goal weight and speak to a doctor or someone who can help with a more realistic goal. I was going to add you, but I dont want to support you…
