I love yoga. It is considered an exercise that does help with weight loss. You do get cardio out of it. The best thing I have gotten out of it is teaching myself to breathe properly! This really helps for beginner runners. I highly recommend it. It did take a few classes before I was able to actulally enjoy it.

If you are eating every 2-3 hours you shouldn't be hungry. The first few weeks it is hard to adjust. I am still learning this myself.
