My thoughts were more along the line of tragic. But I do hear from my wife how much frustration and back pain they can bring, so I guess I'm at least happy for the ladies with less of those problems.

Guess I'm one of the few but I'd rather have water than just about anything else. I like unsweetened tea too. As long as the water is filtered so it doesn't taste like chlorine, I'll take out a gallon.

I was up 2 lbs. I'm not too worried. I know I didn't eat myself sick this weekend. I portioned out everything I ate even if I went back for more. All will be well.

celery and tomatoes have high potassium and are low cal. Also Muscle Milk has a little over 1000mg. I've been making that and a banana my breakfast. Gets half the potassium for the day out of the way.

Keep your head up and don't worry about someone who can't respect you enough to at least end a relationship in a decent way. Maybe it was just time for it to end but there is no reason to rub salt in a wound by ending it by cheating.

I eat the fire out of those Michelina's Lean Gourmet meals. They're cheap and quick. Granted it's not a home cooked meal but I don't always have time to cook during the weekend to prepare for the next week.

I have the same problem. My goal started at a little over 2200 and I felt like I was over doing it trying to get close. I'm gradually lowering my goal, at 2100 now but still after eating enough to keep me from being hungry I still only hit about 1500. I figure it's a good thing at this point.

One of my co-workers took a slice of bologna and covered it in cottage cheese then added a little pepper to it. not saying it looked good or that i'd try it but it definitely was a new way to eat it. at least for me.

I've been to one session. I really enjoyed it. Felt like a champion for the next two days. Haven't had the opportunity to go back but would like to. Can't afford the membership so I'd have to shell out $20 each visit. I do wonder how many calories you'd burn in that 90 minutes.

Personal preference here because I have no idea about sizes: No smaller than Erica Durance (Lois Lane on Smallville) No larger than Beyonce with an extra 10-15 Guess I'm a skinny girl kinda guy.

I can attest the greatness of baking chicken with salsa on it. nachos are my weak point. a plateful of chips covered in shredded cheddar then nuked has always been my comfort food. hence my largeness. i've made it about a week without touching them.
