i noticed my hands. when i'm thinking about stuff at work, i clasp my hands together. i noticed that my fingers were thinner.

I try to do this on a daily basis. It keeps me flushed and since I'm terrible with watching my sodium content, i know it helps with that also. Yeah, I have to run to the bathroom a few times a day but it's fine with me.

dealing with the same thing. my chest transmitter apparently will transmit to the elliptical machine I was on today. Heart rate on the machine matched what was on the monitor itself. bought this thing today. The SX Universal. So far I've figured out most of it. Haven't quite figured out how to reset the calories burned ticker to zero. The chest attachment makes me realize that it must suck for women to wear a bra with an underwire.

I've read somewhere that your kidneys are maxed out at processing 14 liters of water. Unless those were really big cups, you're safe. I try to drink 120 ounces of water a day. I've felt better because of it.

NIght eating is a big problem with me. Just logging food has helped me with my late night snacking. I know to save some calories just in case my will gives out.
