Add raw veggies to every meal and snack.. Even just a few slices will help! I realized I am a quantity eater and the oral stimulation reminds me that Im eating and filling up! Makes every meal more satisfying... And also keeps me regular LOL

In a separate bowl mix about 1 T of sugar free pudding mix with 2 T (almond) milk... Then stir into oatmeal after it's cooked I love the banana flavor but vanilla and cheesecake add such good flavor also!! Other ideas: -frozen berries..
