I'm 5'6" and just started yesterday. I weight 232, and am going to work at it. Need all your support and am glad I joined this site. Have a temporary disability and so its difficult to exercise but I am going to do what I can. Just reading the posts help me and inspire me to continue this time.

Please don't say why bother!! You are worth more that that! We all are. So just keep moving forward. I don't have an answer except to just keep up the good work you have been doing because you are worth it, not only to yourself but to others!
