Squeeze your glutes while standing somewhere. Stand on one leg (on toes/ on a towel while brushing your teeth or in the bus) needs a lot of stabilization.

I usually have one cup in the afternoon as my "snack" and I go with 1.5 dl whole milk (a lot of froth) which is about 99cals and keeps me satisfied and warm and full till my next meal. And sometimes some cinnamon for flavor and blood sugar. And sometimes after lunch or dinner an espresso black with some cinnamon.

Try one cup of regular tea and see what happens. I try not to drink too much caffeine as well, but if I was back on a lot of coffee I need to reduce slowly... Or if you're allowed (sugar-/cal-/gi-wise) a glass of fresh orange- or grapefruitjuice might help too. Good luck!

I usually use frozen spinach, some avocado, pink grapefruit, lemon juice, protein powder and flax seed and sometimes some greek yogurt or ginger or whatever else is in the fridge. Just try out and enjoy!
