24. Have you ever had an eating disorder? Not really. Or not the big ones... But I didn't have a relaxed and natural approach to eating neither since I'm 10 or 11. And I tend to emotional eating and bingeing.

23. How much water do you usually drink in a day? I drink around 3 liters sometimes wven 4 or 5, depending on how much a teach/dance/train. I drink mainly warm or hot water.

21. Do you focus more on getting lean and mean or tiny and fragile? Lean and mean. I'm not so the tiny and fragile type of woman. And I need to much muscles for being a dancer. Actually I mostly focus losing the 8kg extra fat, so my muscles get more visible.

I can recommend Kettlebell Swings. They are great for the butt, bat also for ham strings and core and shoulders/arms... Just great and pretty easy and fast done at home.

Yes the last ones are the hardest.. sometimes it's because we think we need to lose them, but our bodies feel well with them, and sometimes it's just because there is not so much between the tdee/bmr and the deficit... But just go on... move.. do exercises or dancing or walking in the sun or rain.. this helps your muscles…
