I have had this on my left side to where it caused numbness down my left leg. Do lots of stretching! Don't be afraid to ice your back after you are done, heat didn't work for me. Also using a stability ball when you get home to stretch will help the discs to retain their water if it is lost. I too have tight hamstrings…

I second the natrual sugars and refined sugars! Also i think it would be helpful if they had hints, or suggestions if you are not meeting your goals... Even personal trainers would be helpful.

Alt+Tab is definitely your friend, Tabs on a browser is always a plus, and having multiple screens open on your monitor, arranged just right for quick exchange is a plus as well! Just incase the big wigs are around I always have my Android phone available if I need to update anything.

You can definitely change it up. You can even try to max out and do 5 reps if you can of the heaviest weight that you can lift. Keep in mind this will not cause you to grow buldging biceps like the Ex-Govenator it will give you added strength and allow you to lift more then what you are use to.

I found one at Kroger that is 24 oz and has a spill proof cap easy to carry and you can lock it just in case. It was 9.99 at kroger. You can find it in the same isle that they have Brita water filters.

Thank you all! i've come across some interesting concoctions that either taste really good, or have horrible after taste. I also discovered I love the smell of the ginger once it is juiced!
