Perhaps with all of that working out you should up your calories to about 1350-1400 per day. I don't think your body is getting enough so it wants to keep all the weight on -- like what happens in starvation mode.

I don't do rules. My life requires II eat enough fiber and have a maximum amount of calcium every day and still stay under my calories. I fully understand: calories in-- calories out!

I weigh myself every morning before breakfast-it keeps me accountable to myself.

It really goes to show that losing weight and getting healthy is a frame of mind. Today is only my second day and I really feel like I am inthe "zone". Perhaps that is what you are feeling right noe too! You are right- take exercise a little at a time! Good luck--you really sound so successful already!

You may not think you look different, but I am sure other people have noticed your weight loss, but they perhaps have not said anything to you. Do your clothes fit differently? Maybe that's where you can see a difference.:love:
