That’s a really good way to look at weight loss!

I try to eat more protein than carbs and that seems to be working so far.

I figured that just going through a regular day is about 4500-5000 steps. I figure my exercise calories come after that.

Go ahead and add me. I am trying to add more protein to every meal. I am not necessarily low carb, but always looking to have more protein than carbs at the end of the day. I also have a goal of the end of the year and am on everyday logging my meals and interacting.

That may be one of the biggest lessons I have learned on my journey- being mindful of what I eat.

My goal is to lose 40 pounds by the end of the year- hopefully sooner! Lol!

I just completed my first week.

I had lost 36 pounds here over a year ago. So my doctor told me to start with 10 minutes a day of exercise. So I did that the first week. Now I am up to 15…

I am so happy for you! You have done a fabulous job! Keep up the good work!

I always add a salad when I have a Lean Cuisine or Smart Ones-- it helps fill me up.

Excellent job! And I love your haircut! It really suits the new you! ????????????????

Thanks so much for that info. I am going to my GI doc soon and am going to bring it up to him about an MRT test. ❤️❤️

Non scale victory

I also practice moderation. I LOVE❤️ doughnuts , so occasionally I will buy just one at the grocery store and not bring home a dozen that I just know that I would eat every one!
-
I upped my protein and lowered my carbs a bit. And then add some cardio in and the scale should get moving against! ????

Another tall girl response: I was also 5'9.5 when I was 19. I also have long legs-- 36 inch length for my pants- and I also have long arms and long feet- size 10. I also was around 145 when I was your age. Stand proud and be glad you are not tiny and petite. People will always notice you first because of your height- so…
