And keep in mind that the food diary does not distinguish between fats...an Oreo vs an avacado slice, for instance. Keep on eating and try to meet your calorie goal with veggies and some fruit if you can. Good luck with your journey and I wish you success!

Yes! INo rhyme or reason to it with diet or time of day. It is almost as if I burp when I'm trying to take in a deep breath. Odd. Not that I would wish it upon others, but nice to not be alone.
