i love Special K red berries. I recently tried the honey and oats which is delish but the serving size is smaller.

I am 5'3.5 and 163 lbs. I am currently in a size 10. In high school I was 135 and a size 8.

I used to get Katie Holmes when I was a teenager (these were the Dawson's Creek years) and Christina Ricci. But now I have gotten Kelly Clarkson and the brown headed girl from Smallville. lol--I don't see it.

if you feel like exercising then do it. You will feel lazy tomorrow if you don't. Don't worry about eating all your cals. One day is not going to hurt you. ;)

I was told to eat the cals you burn b/c your body needs that energy to keep your metabolism going strong. But I've known someone who says she doesn't lose any weight if she eats those calories. Confusing, I know.

These other people are right. You should only weigh yourself once a week. I was weighing myself everyday and getting very frustrated that my weight would fluctuate as it did. I'm now starting to only weigh once a week. Granted, I just started doing this, but it has to be better than every day.

I'm from the south and pickle pops are very common! You can also just get the small paper cups (ramekin size) and freeze the juice in there. It ends up getting slushy so it's easier to eat that way.
