Hi, jorunjo! I'm 40, too. I have a 13-year-old (turns 13 on Sunday), 11-year-old, a 10-year-old, and a 3-year-old. I have a 60-pound weightloss goal. Well, as of today, it's a 55.8-pound weightloss goal. :) Congratulations on your weightloss achievement! I could use some motiviation, too. mbrice38
