I'm aiming to lose around 15 lbs by Christmas and get back into running! I want to see everyone's jaw drop when they come over for the holidays :laugh:

Ack, today wasn't as good! My eating was okay, but I couldn't exercise because I literally had no time :( Which just means that I'll have to get up early and bust it 2x tomorrow :happy: Eye on the prizeeeee!

Today was not as good as i'd hoped for eating but i came under my intake goal so it's okay. also exercising for the first time in weeks is KILLING me. i feel like my limbs are just going to fall off... at least i know it's working :devil: Andrea you always make me feel SO motivated in your posts! everyone's going so good…

Great challenge for the week, feeling really motivated :) I'm going to cut out bread and crackers - I've definitely been eating way too many of those lately!

Ahhhh, I have somehow magically gained 10 lbs over the holidays (or something like that...) Either way, I need to get back to it. I miss feeling healthy! Plus my birthday is February, so I'm ready to rumble :)

Weighed in at 145.8 and reached my goal! I'm so happy! And I know that when winter break is over ii will probably be at 150 again, but its ok :) Incentive! Everyone have a wonderful Christmas - hoping there's a Valentines Day group!

This week I've kind of let it slide, but I peeked at the scale a few days ago and I've lost major! I might actually hit my Xmas goal of 145, which would be awesome considering I just hit it last week :) Let's think up a new group, whether its Valentines day or Easter :D

I'm being a bit freer with my diet because my little niece is visiting and I want to be able to celebrate with her and make Christmas cookies, etc. However, I am running every day because conditioning for track starts in February. My goal is to exercise everyday and drink lots of water. Last week of work and i can relax!…

Hit the 140s, yay! That 148.6 looked so beautiful on my scale :P Christmas crept up this year...it was just November and now we're already a week from Christmas! This is my shopping weekend, so hopefully I can get everything under the tree and relax :) Great job this week everyone! :flowerforyou:

Day 5, Level 1 :) I've been doing in with my running and my other workouts, and my legs are in paiiiiiin. And I love it! The only problem is I don't see my weight going down much every week. Will this help more with inches or is that just because it's the first week?
