  • My fault. Sorry, I didn't explain very well. I have been losing weight long before I found this website. I lost 37 pounds most recently and before joining MFP. But I've lost 65 since my highest weight, ever. I was just cusious what would be the popular vote for which number of pounds lost.
  • Another symptom of stopped periods is Poylcystic Ovarian Syndrome, usually a small % of body weight loss will start them again. Again, check with your doctor. So many benign reasons this could be happening.
  • Very good point! I avoid processed food (sauces, season mixes and premade foods) as much as possible. There are recipes on the web for popular crockpot items like Cream Of....soup, Onion Soup Mix (dry). Aside for preservatives you can control the sodium as well.
