That is so fantastic. It is my goal to be able to wear a sleeveless shirt in public again after so many years. I hope my arms look half as good as yours do.

I went out last night and drank sparkling water. I didn't miss alcohol. Sparkling water feels that much more special than have a plain glass of water.
