MFP has set mine too at 1200cal. At first, I've been losing consistently without exercise. then I upped it a bit to 1300 and I still lose a pound a week. This week I started working out ~30mins everyday but not eating all of my calories back.. I just need to see how it works out when I weigh in on the weekend.

Some of my friends noticed it at 20lbs.. but none of my closest friends has yet to notice which is a bit discouraging but that's how it is.

Yep! Pretty much! Even though sometimes Im over 800~ calories.. I need to log it in so I can see if it affects my weight loss or not for that week or so.. or so just I can see if I cant have any more extra calories for the next few days. haha

Hahahaha! Oh that just made my night! I would have done the same if I were you! It's free food! How can anyone turn it down?! It's not everyday that you get those mouth watering yummy foods anyway, and specially for free!

Did my allotted squats yesterday... and today when I woke up my hamstrings were hurting! so I had a rest day today. I'll do another 50 or so tomorrow.. hopefully I can follow this squat challenge though!
