When my friend's mum was looking for me when I'm right in front of her! I told her that it was me she was talking to and she replied 'I thought you were your younger sister!' (My sister's pretty fit and 7yrs younger than me). I took that as a compliment. :)

Sometimes light exercise are recommended (such as walking) than complete bed rest but it totally depends on how you feel after the surgery and what kind of surgery you are having.

I have done 1200 cals during the holidays as I was not working so I didn't as much cal intake. Yes it did work, very well actually. Was losing weight and also in measurements. I was eating mostly oatmeal for breakfast, homemade veggie pizza for lunch, and brown rice and some kind of protein for dinner. It wasn't really…

I've tried the banana and rolled oats and just did it in the microwave for a minute or two as I only make it for myself. Still works for me. :smile:

Beginner's is usually 30mins or less.. Then when you move up to her monthly calendar it's 1hr. :)

Everyone is different but I'm not exactly sure what you are doing differently that makes you only maintain your weight. Maybe try logging in your meals? Maybe when you see how much you really are consuming you can adjust and rethink your meals. Or maybe just give it time. Have you been measuring yourself? Maybe the results…
