Healthy cookies/bisuits along with Tea

I am a tea fanatic. I easily have 3-4 mugs of tea everyday. Its not green tea (I have 2-3 cups of that as well), I have the classic Indian tea with milk and sugar. I have been told to cut down my sugar intake to max 2 spoons per day. It is very difficult :(. I also generally love to have biscuits or cookies with tea. Most of them are made of refined flour and loads of sugar, so I am looking for some healthier options. I live in India. Looking for any healthier suggestions or options.

Have you tried cookies or crackers that are more "airy" in nature? They tend to be less dense and have less calories. Maybe try a low sugar , low fat oatmeal cookie.

Have you also tried honey for tea instead of table sugar? You probably don't need as much for a similar level of sweetness.

Do you have McVittie's? They're British but I've also got them in Nepal so maybe they're also in India. I don't think they're low in sugar but they are high in fiber and they're delicious! I love them.

You mean the McVittie's digestive biscuits? I have tried their honey n oat cookies. Find them very sweet though :(

Yes, those are the ones. Maybe give the regular ones a try? Can you try baking some yourself? With lower sugar and whole grains.

    Try to bake your own.

Healthy oatmeal cookies with 2 ingradients.

Rolled oats & mashed bananas. Mix it well, bake them for 10/15 mins. You can add cinnamon

Baking cookies on my own is quite difficult as I don't have a baking oven. Buying is easier

I've tried the banana and rolled oats and just did it in the microwave for a minute or two as I only make it for myself. Still works for me.
