i'm 5'5. i started at 300. after 21 months of mfp, down to 156. almost at my goal of 150 (though i've been stuck in this mid 150's range for the last three months)....might keep going til 140 if i break my plateau. Either way, way happier now than i was two years ago. If i can do it...anyone can do it!

Start small :) I lost 136 lbs through calorie tracking and just walking a few times a week (over the last year and a half). From size 26 (301 lb) to size 14 (178) in 14 months.....123 pounds down and still going. Def have my feeling fat days still....but looking back at pics makes me feel better about now. :)
