^ This. I pre-plan most of my meals to meet my macros but I have whatever the hell I want. Pizza. Burgers. Chicken wings. Sweets. Beer. Wine. All of these. I used to do the tanning bed for light exposure too. Above all I've found that just staying active/involved helps tremendously. I don't think it matters who the comments are coming from. Personally, I take these type of comments from people I know harder than when they come from random strangers. The point is that regardless of whether someone is calling you fat or giving you grief for being too skinny (in their mind) the comments are still hurtful…

^ this I buy Dannon Greek but the light and fit version. Way less calories (80), still 12g of protein and usually only 8 or 9 carbs and 6 or 7g of sugar. I buy the flavor blends or the vanilla and add my own fresh fruit.
