As far as actual race advice . . . Don't wear cotton clothing. Dryfit material is your best friend. You will be soaked and covered in mud. It dries quickly and falls right off dryfit material. Wet/muddy cotton is a NO. Wear GOOD shoes. Yes they'll be covered in mud when you're done but that's what the garden hose is for.…
