3 - 4 times a week depending on schedules with kids and such. Actual gym workouts together are fewer and farther between but it's nice when those happen too. :)

As far as actual race advice . . . Don't wear cotton clothing. Dryfit material is your best friend. You will be soaked and covered in mud. It dries quickly and falls right off dryfit material. Wet/muddy cotton is a NO. Wear GOOD shoes. Yes they'll be covered in mud when you're done but that's what the garden hose is for.…

Go out there with the plan to have fun. You likely won't run the whole thing due to your own ability or those you are running with. THERE WILL BE HILLS. :D I've found that the obstacles in Tough Mudder are specifically geared toward teamwork and/or being adventurous. None of them are impossible. There will be people out…

Born in Ohio. Grew up mostly in the Chicago suburbs. Currently living in northern Kentucky. Will move from here when my daughter goes away to college. Likely to the mountains or a lake area.

It's not holding because the heat from the sun heats up the glue much like the glue gun. You can buy different types/strengths of glue for your glue gun but you'll likely have the same issue depending on time of year and intensity of heat from the sun. The storm door only makes it worse because it traps the heat. You could…

I've been on Zoloft since April. I haven't had any weight gain issues. Only side effects I had when I first started it was a little sleepiness and my eyes were dry for about a week. I have found Zoloft to be night and day different from Lexapro. Lexapro only mildly helped with my anxiety and OCD which didn't make it worth…

I suggest you research the breed. I've been around a few bassets in my day. It does not sound to me like this is the breed for you. If you don't have a yard for it to run around in then you WILL have to get out and walk. Plus, bassets will bay/howl at various sounds like sirens, other dogs barking etc. In an apartment you…

Bwahahaha! I'm dying!

I'm wondering: 1) why is this important to the story? 2) why you let a comment from someone you don't even know have any affect on your day? 3) why you didn't thank him for his service to our country AND your right to even have a choice of what to eat, much less brand of chocolate?

I STILL wish MFP gave you a notification each time someone clicks "ignore user" under your picture. I don't care to know who it is but I'd like a tracker right next to my logging streak.

Christmas gift idea! Jason will be so thrilled.

This just made me gag. I don't care what brand you use and how "tasteless" they say it is. The stuff is just nasty with water alone. I hide it in my protein shakes.

Really? I usually find it in the refrigerated section at the store.
