I got an air fryer recently! It came with a recipe book, but they're all unhealthy so I'm in the same boat as you.

I find a lot on pinterest. Honestly though, they are pretty easy to use to cook most things. I like to use the olive oil in a pump spray. I have had mine for 6 to 8 months. I don't do gadgets and such but it was a gift and I didn't expect too much. I LOVE LOVE LOVE it. I can use it for so much and it heats up instantly unlike my oven that takes 15 minutes. Of course it doesn't taste like deep fried but a lot of things sure are close enough for me. Chicken wings..I cant even tell the difference. I heat food for my kids in it all the time. So easy and fast.

I adapted many of my recipes switching an inch of fat in a pan with two tablespoons of oil in the air fryer.

The sweet potato wedges are better if the cut edges are dry. This can be done with a little cornstarch, flour, or a good towelling.

We prefer breaded chicken from the air fryer.
