get clean glass, turn on cold water faucet, fill glass, consume...

if you're daring, add a couple of ice cubes

NYC has really good faucet water...cold, clean, and refreshing. I used to enjoy drinking it.

Florida water not so much..smells like sulfur and tastes like liquid dirty *kitten*.
  • If it's the BEST glass of water, then first it is run through the PUR filter into a glass jug then stored in the fridge to reach optimum coolness.

But then it's been processed and is not paleo

Nor is it kosher. However, it was touched by me so I guess you can call it holy water. :)

I will try this tonight. Sounds great. Thanks OP.

Quick question; Have you ever substituted cauliflower for the ice cubes?
  • What about filters? Can I use a filter first?

Filters remove the mineral benefits of tap water, including iron and calcium. The inclusion of a low-level of bacteria, which assist in strengthening the immune system towards certain strains, can actually help to prevent illness.

So eating dirty makes me more virile.

    Geophagy FTW!

You're ALL wrong.... The only proper way to consume water is in Frozen Spherical Form served with a generous portion of Makers Mark!

it is an insult to technology to call mineral removal "filtering".

As other than distillation and reverse and osmosis, that is mostly done with anion/cation exchange resins...

My water making skillz are lacking, but I have this great recipe for ice: http://www.food.com/recipe/ice-cubes-420398

I'm not sure if you should use it, though. The reviews are questionable.

Clean drinkers... take your propaganda elsewhere. Drinking right from the hose is good for me.
