I find that my pillowcase works well. Takes about 6 or 7 hours but it's cost effective.

I buy 2% for my girlie and when I want to actually drink a glass of milk (not very often) that is what I'll have. When I have cereal or use milk in a protein shake I use almond milk. Way less calories and a lot more calcium than cow's milk. It doesn't taste any different to me in cereal or shakes.

You'd have to pry the coffee creamer from my cold, dead hands before I'd give it up. That being said, if you're like my sister and you take your creamer with a splash of coffee and you are using high calorie flavored creamers AND having several cups a day, then you may be onto something. I have no less than 15 travel coffee mugs. All sizes and colors. Today mine is multi-colored polka dots. The mug I use at home is one my sister gave to me for my birthday. you could also just slice the banana lengthwise, spread your pb on the cut edges, put it together like a sandwich and enjoy. Save yourself the 100 or so calories from the tortilla. this is how I roll. but be sure to make eye contact with your male co-workers when you take a bite. this makes it fun and tasty.
