There is no way to avoid it. Taking it slow and backing off the medication is the only way to do it "comfortably" IMO. If they are capsules rather than solid pills that you can cut then you could have taken the capsule every other day for a time. Then every two days for a time. Then every three days and so on. OHMIGOSH! Why have I never thought of this. That would solve EVERYTHING!!! Seriously though . . . we both have children with our ex spouses. The ex spouses are very much involved in the lives of the children. Moving, at this time, is not an option for either of us.

I've met about 20 people from MFP including one that became my SO and a couple that have become IRL best friends. I also have some that I've never met in person that I talk/text/Skype with regularly. Have plans to meet more this summer.
