I think Insanity can be as hard or as easy (never really that easy though) as you want it to be. That's the beauty in the program. I still modify some of my pushups, and take little breaks as needed. The results are amazing and it's worth every minute of it though! If you want to try out insanity you can usually find…

I'm 1200 / day with open diary. I'm generally on here 7 days per week too :) Feel free to add me!

Mine is 340 ... The ones "Jared" advertise have no cheese, no mayo, etc. on them. You can still eat Subway pretty healthy, you just have to not get some of the fun stuff :)

Bump!

Of course I'm going to bump this :)

You're welcome to add me :) I'm on here daily and I workout usually 6 days a week!

I really love 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels. I also love Biggest Loser Cardio Max (It can be as intense as you want/need it).

T-25 just came out on Monday (I believe) so you're probably not going to hear too many success stories yet. I was watching reviews on youtube the other day from BBcoaches who got advanced copies. They were showing parts of the workouts and giving comments, etc. I highly recommend watching them :) Good luck when you start…

You should give blueberries another chance and get them frozen :) I have such a hard time with fresh ones and don't think they have that much flavor. BUTTTTTTT... the frozen ones in the freezer section of the grocery store are amazing!!

My results are on my profile (and my picture updates) :) I'm currently in Month 2 of Round 2!

Flash Forward, one season wasn't enough :(

I think Insanity is more intense. It's longer (usually between 45 - 60 minutes) and a more powerful cardio. In Insanity you don't use any weights, etc. just your body. I've done both and love both. 30DS is AMAZING because of it's length! Insanity is multiple workouts too and it changes in month 2 to another set of…

Welcome to the beginning of an amazing journey :) It's going to have it's ups and downs but you can, and will, bust right through them. Just got to keep your head up and your "eye on the prize." I would recommend making short term and long term goals. Like a short term goal could be lose 10 lbs, longer term to lose 50. Or…

I think some of the best tips include: Take a before picture (no matter how much you don't want to, it will show you where you started and how far you've come!). Also, take progress pictures, say once a month, once every couple, etc. Make short term and long term goals, and then set rewards for those. Remember there is no…

I LOVE frozen fruit. You can get a mix which is pineapple, strawberries, peaches and mango. It takes me longer to eat because it's still partially frozen, sort of like ice cream because it's cold and sweet because it's fruit. I also love just frozen mango and frozen blueberries. 2 cups (which is a huge serving) is usually…

I'm a huge insanity fan and am currently in week 2 of my second round. I've never done tapout but have seen the commercials, I'm sure they are similar in results/intensity, just different intervals, etc. If you don't want to fully buy Insanity and just want to try it out there are many youtube videos of people doing the…

I only buy new clothes when I absolutely have to, to save money. If not, it can get so expensive! I sometimes will also supplement with thrift store finds for pants and such just to get me by!

I made this for dinner tonight, it was DELICIOUS! My calorie count was different (mine was a bit over 400), not sure what the differences were. It's really not "picture-esque" and it wouldn't do it justice! Just take it from the comments, it's amazing!

My Insanity results are in my pictures (but it's only my halfway through picture to the end sadly). I lost a little over 20 lbs in the 60 days, and thought it was an amazing program! I also restarted it last week since I liked it so much :)

I just finished Round 1 on Sunday and started Round 2 yesterday. My pictures are on my profile (though, the first picture is really from about half way through) and all my fit test stats are in my "exercise notes" including the exercise I did that do. I lost a little over 20lbs in the 60 days and thought it was an amazing…

Set little goals, and long term goals. Reward yourself for both. It's OK to screw up, be proud of yourself for overcoming the screw up. Take pictures (I wish someone would have told me this. I refused to take pictures at the very beginning because I didn't want to see. But looking back, it would have been awesome to see…

I'm a fan of 30 Day Shred (which a lot of people also love). I also like "Biggest Loser Cardio Max" which has Jillian on it and has 3 levels. It's one of their older DVDs but think it's great!

I'm from Kernersville :)

I like 30 day shred (just like everyone else)...I will also add I've been really impressed by "Biggest Loser: Cardio Max" which has Jilian in it (with other BL trainers). It's a nice mix of workouts!
