I am. And it is hard to do. I have a Sprint Tri on August 27. I am currently working out 6 days a week. Rest on Monday, run Tuesday, core abs class and swim Wednesday, sprint cycle on Thursday, swim Friday, 25 mile bike on Saturday, brick on Sunday.
