I restarted BULK phase yesterday and I am adding cardio! Just completed BULK legs. Going to drink some water and jump right into Insanity before my legs give out!!

Woops! Forgot to check in! I did BULK Chest yesterday. Great workout. I much prefer it to the chest n tris one. All my weights the same as the week before and still struggling so they will stay the same next week too I think. Hi, I'm Caz. I am 30 and live in Chicago. Today is day 1 of week 2, BULK phase! I am loving this program and am hoping ultimately to lose fat and build muscle. My day 1-30 pics showed quite a change in my back/shoulders which is great.

Hi :) I am curious about this too. I do use a HRM. The leg days involve my heart rate getting right up with all the lung/step up and things so I burn quite a lot during the session.. Today, doing BULK chest, I burned 167 though and feel weird about eating the recommended calories as they are based on a 600 calorie workout.…
