Don't get me wrong, you still had a very nice figure, but now you look like you could crush a skull. lol! Love it! Thanks for sharing your story. Women like you set great examples!

Your transformation is amazing. Even though you were slim in the previous pictures, you weren't toned at all. Now you look rock hard!!! I'm working on losing weight. My concern is hitting my goal and looking kinda flabby. I hope with my strength training that I see results similar to your results!

Agreed! Mcdonalds is all kinds of disgusting! Their quality of food is awful

The tummy is a hard place to work on getting toned if you are overweight .....I do crunches and ab exercises with my strength training but cant see much of a difference yet. :-(

Squats, arc trainer, stair stepper, step ups, etc. I never thought much about my butt except it was wide and sorta flat. I can tell a difference in the firmness and shape from incorporating all the exercises in. Squats work the quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes. They are awesome!

I was in the same boat! I cook more now then I ever have in the past! I cook simple, quick meals. I always have eggs, cheese sticks, almonds, raw fruits and veggies, and chicken on hand. If I'm feeling really lazy, I know I can grab one of those things as a snack. Google healthy recipes. You can find some very easy stuff…

We all struggle. Food is everywhere. Don't feel ashamed, but u must realize that this will ONLY lead to failure and damage. You're better then that.

Next time u purge think about those strong acids eating away at Ur teeth and esophagus. Put on your big girl pants and educate yourself. Seek some counseling.

I was given some free samples. Hated it. Reminds me too much of the Slim Fast fad that was popular years ago. I like protein shakes after a workout but why not enjoy eating healthy food while you can? The weight loss is due to calorie restriction but how much will u gain when you don't drink the shakes anymore. It is…

ah, okay. I didn't think so! 250 is damn good.
-
Just because I'm nosey, when you squat, do you add 250 in addition to your body weight? How long have you been power lifting? Keep up the good work!

My big concern as I lose weight slowly is saggy skin too. Probably the best thing you can do for that is strength training. It plumps those muscles cells and shrinks the fat cells creating a fuller, stronger look. At least that is what my personal trainer tells me!! I am starting to tell a difference in my tricep area.…

I had something similar when I temporarily cut out grains, bread, pasta, etc. I felt like death for about 4 days and then the fog lifted.

I have been told by my personal trainer to warm up well for about 5 minutes, then do strength training to expend more energy on lifting, THEN do cardio.

magerum, judging by your diary, you love processed junk. The pop tarts, ice cream, frozen dinners, two cans of soda. That stuff seems really healthy! good for you for living such a perfect life style!!
-
Mine doesn't keep me up. I just looked at my diary. With all the stuff I put in mine, it's exactly at 250 calories. I like to get the extra nutrients in my smoothies

I have this problem too. I have found that make a protein shake with some fruits and almond milk helps immensely!! In fact, I'm having one now to calm down my cravings. My shake has a cup of almond milk, a few handfuls of spinach, and a cup of strawberries. The powder I grabbed Is Eas lean 15. All together the shake is…

I liked the documentary. I don't have a juicer, nor am I planning on buying one. I try to incorporate fruits and veggies in my diet daily. To get some extra greens in, I put a few handfuls of kale or spinach in my protein shakes with some frozen strawberries, protein powder, and almond milk. I use it as pre/post workout…

I was feeling a bit down about my strength training. You just inspired me to keep my head up. I will see results one day. What is your routine? I want my arms to look that awesome!!

Becky, did you see the documentary Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead? I think that's the name of it. It was eye opening. I knew aspertame was a bad. I didn't know it killed brain cell though. :/
-
MSG disguised in MANY different names is added to MANY different foods that are processed. Supposedly it is addictive and really bad. I am by no means an expert but I keep seeing stuff about it. Also, these companies want people to continue buying their processed nutrient sparse ****. They have to make it tasty with some…

I become giddy when someone notices. Good for you!

I dropped 1 % of fat within 2 months. i had lost inches and some weight but I was very disappointed to see the fat barely coming off... I was working out about 4 times a week doing machines and some cardio. I was also eating much better but not perfectly. I haven't checked my fat percentage since Mid January. I'm curious…

Maybe try hitting the gym 5 days a week to see if that helps. I have hit a plateau as well. I have decreased my exercise from 5-6 days a week to 2-3 times a week. I fell off the wagon. I also consumed more candy and junk food than usual. I temporarily gained a few lbs from water retention but that quickly came off once my…

I think he was on the documentary, "Hungry for Change." I'm curious about it now.

I think the women that have to share their negative opinion are jealous and insecure. These are the same women that have a lot of work to do on their own bodies.
-
Get over the gym codependency. It is only hindering you. Push hard, zone out, and get to it. :D

You look fabulous!!!!

wonderful!

Wonderful progress! Does running so often hurt your legs?
