I am not on here too much these days but I'm in for support!

I am in as well. I keep thinking how tough it will be to lose 2 lbs consistently for 10 weeks but it will be a fun challenge! My current weight is 176.5 lbs Age 35 Sedentary job Exercise 4x 45 minute strength training and 4x 30 minute cardio. My diet, sucks! I either eat well, or eat all kinds of junk.

You look great!

Great job!!!

Amazing!!!!!

I have always felt this way, so I VERY recently cut the meat out. I haven't missed it at all.
-
Gonna try this

Haha, I thought the same thing.

great advice and it works!

I think the arch in your back is way more impressive and prominent. I never thought much of the dimples until I just looked at my back. I was wondering what the hell they were.. Your back is hot!

exactly.

I LOVE that cereal!!!

Yes, you would add that to your diary.

My personal trainer(not a nutritionist) thought the idea was silly. I kinda took it with a grain of salt until I talked to a very knowledgeable fitness expert that also dismissed the idea of eating back calories. I have a sedentary job. I might exercise strenuously for up to 1.5 hours a day. The other time is spent…

I just got a UP by Jawbone to see my normal burn throughout the day. I'm hoping it will help see how accurate my calorie expenditure really is. :D

I was eating my calories back. I recently decided to stop. My activity level factors in that I work out around 5 days a week. My calorie intake is above my bmr but below my TDEE. I log my exercise burn as 1 calorie so it doesn't get added back in again. So far, so good!

I am an emotional eater. I know that is why I have gained excess weight in addition to eating food that wasn't all that healthy and being lazy. I have lost weight without counting a calorie before. I end up gaining in back because i didn't stick with the healthier lifestyle. I understand where you are coming from. Thanks…

Unfortunately, it is true.

The author's tone was too bias and critical to be successful as a good argument. Many people will immediately disregard a long article like this just because it comes across as hateful and long-winded. His point could have been made in one simple paragraph without all the patronizing.

haha, I agree.

That is a great idea!!!! I will eat a ****load of junk food if it is in the house. It is best to not have that stuff. I recently started taking Skinny Fiber(an expensive supplement) to help control my eating habits. I have noticed it has help me feel full pretty quickly after I start eating. I am willing to pay a lot to…

thanks!!!

Strength training is imperative to stave off losing too much lean muscle and bone density as we age. It will help you way more than you think in about 20 years. Maybe it is your actual routine. Some people have more pain and joint issues than other people. I am 34 and I think a big reason for my joint issues today are from…

absolutely. liposection, breast implants, botox. :D

You look phenomenal. Your story was great too!

I tried to do exercise videos at home. Hated it! I have found that strength training is awesome with about 15 minutes of cardio done afterwards. On days that I don't do strength training I will try to take a class at the gym. They are usually an hour long and really fun. This morning I am going to a class called Body Step.…

I have wondered the same thing because I exercise at a large gym with the same dedicated gym goers. Like other people have said, that is not a valid reason to not go back. Remember the benefits you will be losing by continuing to slack off. I am also lazy. I spent 3 weeks of not doing any exercise and eating crap. I…

I am 34. I notice my energy levels have decreased drastically. I'm slowly regaining from losing weight, eating better, and exercising. Probably my diet has the most to do with it. Also, my joints hurt a little more but that is because I'm actually more active now. :-) Turning 30 isn't bad at all. Taking care of yourself…

You have shaped up extremely well. Congratulations on a successful journey!
