I got my when I went thru puberty too! I even got them on my knees because I grew so rapidly within a couple months. I got them on my hips, boobs, back, and knees. I barely notice them anymore.

I appreciate all the suggestions. I had cut out dairy too but I just ate a bowl of plain yogurt. I think I need to modify it slightly to include some yogurt and just more substance. A strict diet from a 3000+ diet of junk is a shock to this body! haha.

I adjusted my diet to reduce my protein. I was going by MFP's recommended protein values. According to my report, I was eating too much protein so now I'm trying to keep it within 50-65 grams a day. Is this enough?

That is awful. I work at a small doctor's office with three other women. We are all overweight. :/ people say things to the heavier women about being heavy and usually the patients that make the comments are obese as well!!!!
