Okay, this is cute and all, but explain it to me PLEASE. I "upped" my calories from 1200 to 1300+ and wait for it.... I GAINED 2 pounds. STOAST - if you don't mind me asking...how,is the "bumping up" going so far? I just upped my calories from 1200 tp 1350 last week so I don't have a lot of data yet ( tomorrow is my weigh in day). I love having the extra allotment but it seems counterintuitive to weight loss.

Most of us are here to get to a goal weight. Congrats on making it that far! I understand why you might be freaking out because it feels like you are going to put the weight back on. Unfortunately, the forums at large today seem to be against you. Try posting half naked pictures of yourself and I bet they perk right up :)
