Thanks for this. Only just started on good diet and exercise a week ago, and have put a pound on instead of losing, so I need the inspiration. Think I'm going to blame increased muscle weight, because I've managed to lose an inch off my waist. Something must be right :)

I joined 'Stoptober', so this is day 10 for me. I decided to go cold turkey from 40-a-day, and no cravings to speak of. Now if only I could persuade my 60-a-day partner...
