Sad story.. His wife pissed me off also for not helping him control his eating habit.. Instead she kept buying and stuffing food down his face... I'm not blaming her 100% but she also had a part in Ricki gaining more and more weight as the show progressed...

I am in the same boat and I really need motivation to get going.. I do an amazing job at maintaining but can't get over that hill to start losing weight. I also recommend getting an HRM.. It has been one of my best purchases in the goal to losing weight... I'm currently using the Polar FT7.. I cant remember how much I paid but I grabbed mine off ebay for around $80-$100
