  • Hello Im 5'8 lost about 1.5 st last year but its all back on looking to loose it again.
  • You can do it. I find the same shovelling food in during tv time, however I am starting to change the foods. Instead of crisps, cakes, sweets, chocolate I'm now going for tangerines, grapes, cut up pepper sticks. Little changes that keep my chops going. :) You can do this. x

  • Mmm Great suggestions I have been eating tuna and mixed peppers with Philadelphia light wrapped in salted lettuce leaves. Some of these suggestions sound amazing. Dinner tonight! :)
  • It's not impossible at all, when you feel tempted to eat, get on here and let people support you. Have you thought about the paleo diet? No bread, pasta etc a bit like atkins. You can still eat chicken bacon cheese etc its quite good I know a few people who have lost loads of weight on it. Best of luck feel free to add me.…
