H Hi! Are you retaining water? Try cutting back dramatically on the salt, and do 1200 cal a day, not 800! Work into the treadmill slowly, just do 30 sec the first day and increase by 30 sec on subsequent days. You can do it!

Sounds like you and I are kindred souls ... I've lived with clinical depression most of my life. I'm not on meds but probably should be, I would suggest you speak with a physician and maybe they can prescribe something for you. With my mother it was kidney disease.
