It's incredibly important to know your real RHR (Resting heart rate) before you figure out any of the rest. Take your HR immediately when you wake up in the morning for at least a week (as long as you weren't having a nightmare or naughty dream LOL) and average it out. That's your RHR, then go from there. I'm having the saem problem. I notce the weight loss in my upper body (slower in my gut area) my legs, etc. But my face look the same as it did 32lbs ago! I've taken just head shot pictures and they all look the exactly the same. I want a chin!
