I had the ablation procedure probably, 4 years ago. I have now serious problems related to the ablation. If you have had a prior tubal ligation think twice before having that procedure done. I have pain and a condition called hydrosalpinix and i think post ablation syndrome- . Meaning the cervix is scared and has stenosis.…

Thanks, for your reply. Do you meaning weight on a food scale, or measuring like, cups, Tablespoons, etc? I have only been doing cups etc.,. I can get a food scale, I had one years ago when I did a weight watchers diet. Let me know! Thanks again!
