  • 4 Basically 08:00ish - Good Breakfast 12:30ish - Pasta dish with small amount of cheese or something light. 17:00ish - Main Evening Meal 20:30ish - Fruit salad and maybe something on toast if short on calories. Plenty of water throughout the day I do this programme to stay at the weight I want now.
  • Nothing wrong with eating eggs they contain good cholesterol you can eat two per day without worrying. Garlic and Olive Oil are good cholesterol lowering/controlling foods.
